PICLEHDEST is a registered Non-Profit, Non-Governmental and Non-Partisan Organization providing solutions to the challenges of poor Leadership, inadequate Human Development and slow Societal Transformation in Africa.
We are a team of enthusiasts who believe we can make things better and we are indeed making things better with our intellectual, moral and financial resources. We provide interventions and initiatives, design, deploy and execute systems that aid to alleviate the human development challenges around Africa which is our primary catchment area.

Leadership
In PICLEHDEST we are initiating and deploring concepts and systems that will help redefine the quality of leaders especially in the political space. Why political leadership? Someone rightly said “After God is Government”.
This implies that political leadership to a large extent determines the outcomes of countries economic, social-political and moral circumstances.
Our strategy is to continually advocate, orientate and use the aid of technology to drive a new mindset of electing competent people into elective political leadership positions and have leaders to be accountable for mandates entrusted to them.

Human Development
Our approach to human development starts with education. We believe education is the best medium to power up the capabilities of any human being.
Education increases self-awareness, then environmental awareness and thereby brings more value, liberty and productivity which translate to improved mental and spiritual outputs of the person.
PICELHDEST continually engage in training and empowerment schemes to achieve our human development goals base on the unique challenges in Africa.

Society Transformation
Society needs to evolve, change is a constant thing but it is vital for change to be constructive and purposefully driven to create a better environment for people.
This is our task at PICLEHDEST, we strategically intervene and initiate concepts and programmes that positively impact change in our society.
We are constantly engaging with factors of society influence to reengineer the values and norms of African societies so as to bring equitable morality, sanity and justice.
